Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Paid rates calculated at checkout based on package weight (via FedEx)
Standard & Expedited Options Additional shipping speeds are available at checkout, calculated by weight and destination via FedEx.
Free Shipping Enjoy free Economy shipping on all US orders $50.00 and over — applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to the following countries via DHL Express and USPS:
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. DHL Express supports prepaid duties so there are no surprise fees at delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees not covered at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@3la.llc within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
