Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the 3LA LLC website located at www.3la.llc (the "Site") or placing any order with us. By accessing our Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About 3LA LLC

3LA LLC ("3LA," "we," "us," or "our") is an online retailer selling apparel and accessories including jackets, totes, and home goods. Our products are sold exclusively through our website at www.3la.llc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our Site. By using our Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products

a. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products (including jackets, totes, and home goods) as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may appear differently depending on your device display.

b. Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

c. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you with options to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

a. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is received.

b. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

c. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders as required by law based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.

• Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

6. Returns & Refunds

a. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

b. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Home goods that have been opened or used

c. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@3la.llc with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

d. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of 3LA LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3LA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3LA LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
